WA APARTMENT ADVOCACY'S ROLE

Led by Managing Director Samantha Reece (aka Erin Brockovich of apartments), WAAA has been instrumental in raising the needs of apartment buyers and owners to the forefront with State Government and the development sector, with a focus on developing apartments that are trustworthy and with adequate protection for owners, on par with those homes which are under three storeys.

The advocacy body is a not for profit and hence operates with the assistance of members - individual owners right through to strata management companies and business associates.
